Lockwood & Co is an English supernatural series developed by Joe Cornish for Netflix. It is just another successful adaptation of a young adult thriller novel series written by a British author Jonathan Stroud.
The British detective series first premiered on 27 Jan 2023 on Netflix and consists of eight episodes. William McGregor, Joe Cornish, and Catherine Morshead are the directors while Nira Park, Rachael Prior are exectuive producers for the series.

Lockwood and Co Filming Locations
Filming of Lockwood & Co began on 5 July 2021 and wrapped on 15 March 2022 in London and Gloucestershire inside England, United Kingdom. Even though, most of the shooting took place within England, there were certain locations that are specific to the capital London like Waterstones Piccadilly, Kings Cross Station, Queen Elizabeth II Centre, Blavatnik Building, etc.
National Geographic covered that one episode of the series was filmed at Kensal Green Cemetry, one of London’s magnificent seven cemeteries located in the Kensal Green Area of Queens Park inside the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
The Combe Carey Hall shown in the series is actually Mentmore Towers country located in the village of Mentmore, Buckinghamshire. The exterior scenes of Lockwood’s house was shot at Claremont Square in Islington. It is a private property that is located a few steps away from Angel Station.
Some scenes were also shot at the Anglican Chapel Temple, Chipping Campden, and the waterside Flo Bones scenes were filmed at the banks of River Thames specifically at Crowleys Wharf Station, Greenwich.
