Selling Sunset Season 10 is about to flip the script on everything you thought you knew about the Oppenheim Group – and fans are already losing their minds over it.
A villain-turned-icon is walking back through those glass doors. An OG sweetheart is reclaiming her spot. The show’s most beloved cast member of nine seasons is gone for good. And a brand-new face is stepping into one of reality TV’s most cutthroat offices.
This is not a soft reset. This is a full demolition and rebuild.
Whether you’ve watched every episode since 2019 or you’re just now hearing the buzz, one thing is clear: Season 10 is shaping up to be the most unpredictable, most talked-about chapter in the show’s history, and not a single episode has aired yet.
Here is everything you need to know about Selling Sunset Season 10: the cast changes, the returning stars, the dramatic exits, and what it all means for the future of the franchise.

Selling Sunset is an American reality series created for Netflix by Adam DiVello. It follows the agents of the Oppenheim Group, a high-end real estate brokerage firm in Los Angeles, as they navigate both their professional deals and their personal lives.
The show has a simple but irresistible formula. Take a group of ambitious, glamorous women selling multi-million dollar homes in Los Angeles. Put them in the same office. Add some love interests, some rivalries, some deeply personal storylines, and a lot of very expensive houses. Then film what happens.
The show premiered on March 22, 2019. Since then, it has grown into a full franchise, with spin-offs including Selling the OC, Selling Tampa, and Selling the City.
The Oppenheim Group itself is a real company, not a set. The Oppenheim family has been selling real estate in Los Angeles for generations. Jason Oppenheim, the group’s president, says his great-great-grandfather started a realty company in Los Angeles in the 1880s. The current Oppenheim Group office on Sunset Boulevard opened in 2014.
The Oppenheim Group has a long history in Los Angeles, with over $3.5 billion in sales across its offices.
When does Selling Sunset Season 10 come out?
Netflix has not yet announced an official premiere date for Season 10. Production experienced delays because the team needed time to finish contract talks about Christine Quinn’s return. Netflix is expected to announce a release date once filming wraps.
All previous seasons have dropped with all episodes released at once on Netflix, and Season 10 is expected to follow the same format. Check back here as the date gets confirmed.
Where to Watch Selling Sunset Season 10?
Selling Sunset is available exclusively on Netflix. You will need an active Netflix subscription to watch. All nine previous seasons are currently streaming on Netflix, so there is plenty to catch up on while you wait.
The Biggest News: Christine Quinn is Back
This is the story that has every Selling Sunset fan talking.
Christine Quinn is returning to Selling Sunset for Season 10, heading back to the Oppenheim Group after years away. She is bringing what she describes as a renovated version of herself.
Christine told Netflix’s Tudum: “This isn’t a rewind. It’s a reintroduction. I’m returning from a very different place, with more perspective, confidence, and clarity.”
Christine first joined Selling Sunset at its 2019 premiere and quickly became one of the show’s most talked-about personalities. She left after Season 5 in April 2022, after starting her own brokerage called Real One with her then-husband Christian Dumontet.
She says creator Adam DiVello reached out after her divorce, and she saw it as a chance to return on her own terms.
Christine made clear that she is not coming back to terrorize the women of the Oppenheim Group. She said: “I’m not coming back to play an old version of myself. I’m coming back to show where I am now and let the audience see that growth can still come with an edge.”
She also noted that motherhood has changed her. “Motherhood has a way of sharpening your priorities and changing how you move through the world,” she said. “I’ve become more intentional and much more protective of my peace.”
Heather Rae El Moussa is Also Returning
Christine is not the only OG coming back.
Heather Rae El Moussa is also joining the cast again. She stepped away from the main cast after Season 6 and is now returning with a lot more life experience.
Heather shared: “I’ve become a mom, a wife, a business owner, and I finally feel secure enough in who I am to walk back into that world and not lose myself in it.”
She also spoke about her marriage to Tarek El Moussa: “Tarek and I have settled into something really beautiful together. We’re solid, we’re happy.” She added that she wants fans to see the full picture of who she is now.
Her return feels less shocking than Christine’s, since she did not leave on the same kind of explosive terms. Still, she has been out of the Oppenheim Group world since Season 6, and she says she has unfinished business with the women of the group.
Chrishell Stause is Leaving the Show
On the other side of the cast changes, Selling Sunset is losing one of its most recognizable faces.
Chrishell Stause, 44, announced in November 2025 that she would leave the series after nine seasons. Sources confirmed to Us Weekly that her decision was final and that she would not be returning for Season 10.
Chrishell had become increasingly rocky with several cast members by the end of Season 9, including Bre Tiesi and Emma Hernan. She had also grown apart from longtime friend Emma.
Chrishell explained that she no longer needed the show financially and cited its impact on her mental health as a key reason for walking away.
It is the end of an era for the show. Chrishell had been there from day one and her personal storylines, from her very public divorce from actor Justin Hartley to her relationship and marriage to musician G-Flip, had been some of the show’s most watched moments across all nine seasons.
Who else is leaving?
The cast shake-up does not stop with Chrishell.
Nicole Young, 41, has also exited the show. A rep said it was entirely Nicole’s own decision to step away and move to Nashville, as she felt she was no longer being represented authentically.
Chelsea Lazkani, 33, was widely reported to be leaving as well. However, Chelsea pushed back hard on those reports. She took to Threads to write: “If you plan on firing me, do it loudly and proudly and state the reason. If I decide to leave on my own accord, I’ll make that clear as well.” Her status as of now remains unclear.
The New Face: Tara Sarbaz
Season 10 will introduce Tara Sarbaz as a full-time cast member. According to Us Weekly, she has previously worked with Jason Oppenheim. Not much else has been confirmed about her yet, but her addition alongside Christine and Heather’s returns means the group dynamic in Season 10 will look very different from what fans saw in Season 9.

Why Season 10 Feels Different?
Selling Sunset has always been built on two things: stunning houses and even more stunning drama. But Season 10 carries a different kind of weight.
The original cast from 2019 is almost unrecognizable now. Of the women who appeared in Season 1, Christine left after Season 5, Heather stepped back after Season 6, and Chrishell is now gone for good. Maya Vander, another original, stepped back years ago. What made Season 10 feel fresh to Netflix and to creator Adam DiVello was the idea of bringing back two of those early faces after years away.
Netflix described Season 10 as a return to the show’s strong foundation, calling the return of Christine and Heather a milestone moment for the series.
What that looks like in practice, with Christine back in the office alongside women she spent years feuding with, is genuinely hard to predict. That unpredictability is a big part of why Season 10 is already one of the most talked-about seasons before a single episode has dropped.
