Route 91 Harvest festival was going on inside Las Vegas and all people were happily roaming around the area until Las Vegas shooting happened on 1 Oct 2017.
Everything was going well in the festival until a man opened fire for 11 minutes and the mass shooting took the lives of 58 people while countless were wounded. It was a black day for the Nevadians that changed their lives forever.

The mini crime documentary TV series is directed by Jeff Zimbalist and executively produced by Susan Zirinsky who has also played a key role in the development of 9/11 documentary, 1991 Gulf War, and other crime documentaries.
11 Minutes is produced under Triage Entertainment, All Rise, Third Force Productions, Center Driver Media, and See It Now Studios for the Paramount Network.
It is easier to watch the docuseries but the gathering of archival footages was really tough. Some video clips were taken from the local police, KLAS-TV, body cams, Sunrise hospital, and concertgoers. Also, the crew went out to interview the real life survivors of the tragic shooting, that was another challenging task.

It is highly shocking because the incident happened in Las Vegas(where police is highly skilled) while people were celebrating the country music festival and this series explores exactly what went wrong during the festival.

Nope, the 11 Minutes docuseries is not streaming in the giant content library of Hulu originals but a similar documentary A Killer on Floor 32 is available for streaming on Hulu that is also based on the Las Vegas shooting.
