Autumn in The City was filmed in and around Vancouver district of British Columbia, Canada during summer 2022. Principal filming began on 24 July 2022 and wrapped up around 6 August 2022, as per the photos shared by Kate Gajdosik who is acting as the co-producer for the movie.
Moreover, Heavy reported that a few scenes were also shot at 601-2400 Boundary Road, Burnaby, British Columbia. The filming lasted merely for two weeks but the post production took a complete month that ended on 11 Sep.
Kate shared another behind the scene photo that shows that a backlot was made to look like New York City. On 11 Aug, the leading starrer Evan also shared a pictures collage with the caption “New Yorkkk” that resembles with the photos of the set.

Synopsis
The movie is about the story of a young woman named Piper who decides to move inside the beautiful New York City to pursue her new career. With big dreams and a few dollar bills in the pocket, Piper bounces between different types of temporary jobs that helps her in knowing the city.
Surpisingly, she met a person whose energy seems to resonate with her positivity. The man is Austin Edwards, an aspiring writer who is hoping to emerge from the shadow of her famous journalist mother. That’s why he is following her footsteps to become a good journalist like her.
While Piper realizes that she is passionate about illustration, she decide to team up with the aspiring writer Austin to work on a children’s book project.
