Beetlejuice 2 is an upcoming horror comedy film directed by Tim Burton from the screenplay by Mike Vukadinovich.
It also serves as the direct sequel to the 1988 Halloween favorite movie Beetlejuice that is still popular among fantasy comedy movie fans.

Yes, Beetlejuice 2 has been officially confirmed by Brad Pitt’s backed production company Plan B Entertainment. It was announced that the project has long been in the works at Warner Bros.

Even though, Keaton suggested in a 2016 interview with Variety that the time for a sequel may have passed, the sequel is still under production in 2022 like Descendants 4 movie on Disney.

What will be the plot of Beetlejuice 2?
The first movie was set in 1990s whose story moved around a Adam and Barbara, a normal couple that turned into ghosts after losing their lives in a car accident.
Unable to leave their country due to the complex afterlife laws, the Maitlands stuck in their house and starts haunting new home owners, the Deetz family.
Now, the ghosts are given a chance to live peacefully in their house if they scare Deetzes away. This attracts a freelance bio-exorcist Betelgeuse and the actual fun begins.
Beetlejuice 2 will come up with another story of a deceased family seeking Betelgeuse’s help.
