What to expect from SEAL Team Season 7?
The plot of SEAL Team Season 7 is still under wraps, but it is expected to pick up where Season 6 left off, with Jason Hayes recovering from his gunshot wound and Bravo Team trying to move on without Clay Spenser.
Jason Hayes is facing an uncertain future after being diagnosed with PTSD as a result of doing an unauthorized mission to Afghanistan. He was demoted and assigned to a new unit. Bravo team is also in trouble without the leader Hayes and It is unclear whether he will be able to return to duty in season 7. The rest of Bravo team has been disbanded and reassigned.
Some of the storylines that could be explored in Season 7 include the team’s response to the withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan, the rise of new threats, such as China and Russia, and the personal lives of the team members.

A new female SEAL is expected to join the Bravo team in the new season along with a strict commanding officer who will take the place of Hayes. Max Thieriot will not be returning for Season 7 as his character, Clay Spenser left the Bravo team at the end of season 6.

SEAL Team Season 7 Release Date and Time
An exact release date of SEAL Team Season 7 has not been announced yet, but fans are expecting that the U.S. military drama show will return somewhere in fall-2024. It will have a total of ten episodes like the sixth season with an average running time of 45 minutes.
Nobody knows if the series is currently under production in October 2023 or it has put on hold amid SAG Strike. Filming was taking place in Los Angeles, California in mid-2023 but not much information is available right now.
Thanks to Paramount, who took an early decision of renewing the series in January 2023. Even though, we don’t know when will the seventh season come out, we can proudly say that a season 7 is currently on the way and the production is likely to be resumed after a resolution to the strikes.
