The main plot sets in a world of beautiful monster girls. Kimihoto is a Japanese high school student who accidentally caught up in the Interspecies Cultural Exchange Act. After that, the story moves 3 year back when the Japanese govt unveils the presence of special animals(mermaids, lamias, shrews) and permit them to involve in interspecies social trade exercises.
These animals are known as liminals and with this name they are accepted in human culture. However, they are the main attraction of the series as they gives spirit how people can liminals behavior matches perfectly in real life.
We can expect to see new monster girls to summon on the screen from different places with distinct affections and attractive personality in Monster Musume season 2.
