Grantchester Season 7 Episode 3 is set to release this Friday at its scheduled time on ITV. The British mystery period drama is developed by Daisy Coulam and produced by Emma Kingsman-Lloyd(1-4) and Richard Cookson(5-7) under Kudos/Masterpiece Co-production. Based on a fictional book series The Grantchester Mysteries by James Robert Runcie, the Television series follows a Cambridgeshire clergyman named Geordie Keating who finds himself investigating through a series of crimes in a small village. The TV show started premiering in 2014 with the first season and since that time, six seasons have been released so far with an ongoing 7th season.

Grantchester Season 7 Episode 2 Recap
Episode 2 begins with the murder of Lester Carmichael, the owner of cleaning goods brand found dead with an unusual neck wound on his own bed. The man pretends to be a family guy and presents his positive image in front of cameras but the actual story was totally different. When his private life is investigated, it is revealed that he was a regular customer to the local brothel and also had sour relationship with his wife Geordie.
The episode investigates whether the crime was already planned by him and his wife in an attempt to save the reputation of their cleaning business or the murder is connected with the brothel itself since Lester was a daily visitor. Moreover, Mrs Chapman’s strange behavior prompts Jack to question her relationship whether she is having an affair with someone. Also, Will’s interest is shifting towards Maya.

Another big question is that Will is inclining towards Maya but will she leave her recent partner for him? All depends on the level of attraction that Maya feels when she is around Will.
