Created and written by Garry Campbell, the show is about a famous Hollywood actor named Harley Carter, who returns home after an embarrassing public meltdown.
The first episode of the series premiered on 15 May 2018, and, the second season premiered on 25 October 2019.

Trout Lake, a local recreational area, provided a picturesque natural backdrop. The 275-acre freshwater lake is located just west of downtown North Bay.
The crew filmed beach and waterfront scenes along the sandy shores and captured the lake’s clear blue waters surrounded by mixed forests. While Trout Lake was used for the filming of suspenseful scenes, Lake Nipissing was utilized for other developing shots.

The series also highlights the beauty of Lake Nipissing, the third largest lake of Ontario. Even though, the specific scenes that were shot here are not known, we can confirm that the Lake has played a crucial role for some romantic scenes.
Capitol Centre, Ontario
A high-profile screening of the series premiere was held at the Capitol Centre, a 1,000-seat performing arts theater in downtown North Bay. Jerry O’Connell and the production crew attended the event, which drew a packed audience from the local community.
Ontario has emerged as a popular filming over the past two years, but this series was filmed way back when no one could even think of shooting a movie in Ontario.

The production capitalized on North Bay’s diverse urban and rural settings to depict the fictional town of Bishop in the show.
