CODA is a 2021 coming-of-age drama film directed by Sian Heder and starring Emilia Jones as Ruby Rossi, the only hearing member of a deaf family who is struggling with her passion for singing and the responsibility to her family’s fishing business.
The comedy-drama film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival on January 28, 2021 and was acquired for distribution by Apple TV+, the film was released in theaters and on Apple TV+ on August 13, 2021.
