With snow-capped mountains, quaint small towns, and idyllic countryside vistas, the Canadian province provided an ideal setting for the movie’s heartwarming storyline.

Tacoma, Washington
According to Parade, the cast and crew captured shots at Joint Base Lewis-McChord near Tacoma, Washington.
Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) is a United States Army and Air Force installation located in Pierce County, Washington. It is home to the I Corps and the 62nd Airlift Wing.
Formed in 2010 through the merger of Fort Lewis and McChord Air Force Base, the base has airfields, ranges, training areas, family housing, medical facilities, retail stores, schools, recreational services, and much more infrastructure to support the large on-base population.
My Christmas Hero provided the production crew access to capture many of these facilities and settings as backdrops for the holiday romance storyline.
