Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 2 episode 9 begins with Fitz fearing if Rudeus has forgotten her since there has been a long time but he continues to study the teleportation incident with him and even recommends to talk with a summoning magic expert.
Rudeus is shocked and fainted to see that the summoning specialist is none other than Nanahoshi, the partner of Orsted who nearly killed him in the last encounter. After a small talk, Rudeus realizes that the girl belongs to the real world and when she reveals her true face behind the mask, Rudy remembers that she’s that highschool girl he attempted to save while dying.
Even though, both are special in their own magical abilities, Nanahoshi wants to find a way to return to the original world while Rudeus wants to stay in the magical world only. The two agrees to help each other for mutual benefits when Rudeus will supply mana and Shizuka will educate him about teleportation.
