Wisting season 3 is one of the most anticipated Scandi noir thriller series. The police procedural drama TV series is the biggest and most expensive crime drama series for Norway directed by Trygve Allister Diesen with Kathrine Valen Zeiner, produced by Terez Hollo-Klausen under Cinenord and Good Company Productions. Based on the novels written by Norwegian author Jørn Lier Horst, the series focuses on detective William Wisting and his team who investigate through different criminal cases. The show is distributed by Banijay rights and the original network remains Viaplay and TV2(Viasat).
Wisting Season 3 Release Date and Time
Season 3 of Wisting is already released in Scandinavia in Feb 2022 but it is not yet streaming worldwide. The exact release date outside Scandinavia is not announced at the moment but American viewers can expect to see third season of the show in December 2022 just like the other two seasons. There will be little delay because of the dubbing and other licensing formalities.
First season released in April 2019 and a second season released in 26 Dec 2021. Each season was having seven episodes in total but the third season is only having four episodes in total. If you have watched the previous two seasons of the series then you are really eager to watch more episodes. The wait is over for Scandinavian viewers but foreign viewers need to wait a little bit longer.
Where to watch Wisting season 3?
All three seasons of the series are streaming on Norwegian streaming network Viaplay inside Norway whereas first two seasons of Wisting are currently streaming on AMC+ Amazon Channel inside the United States. The latest third season will be also released at the same place(AMC+) inside the United States.
Only first season is streaming on the English streaming platform Acorn TV inside the United Kingdom and Canada. Australian viewers can watch the available two seasons on SBS on Demand.

Review
All the seasons of this series are well played especially the suspense that keeps the plot going like other popular procedural dramas like Bosch season 8, Chicago PD, The Rookie, FBI Most Wanted, etc. The third season is also well adapted from the Lier Horst’s The Night Man in which the head of a girl is found placed on a spike in Larvik’s town square.
Even though, Wisting season 3 shows most terrific scene and it’s not bad to call it a shocking season. The scenes are filled with suffering of the murdered victims along with the international criminals involvement. At the end of day, you will love the show if we ignore some of the overexposed scenes.
Although, there are many faults but still the viewers are enjoying it and are satisfied with it.
