Bosch Legacy is a spinoff series to the original TV series Bosch that was concluded with the seventh season. The series was ordered by Amazon’s ad support streaming service Amazon Freevee in March 2021. The TV series is created by Michael Connelly and developed by Eric Overmyer under Amazon Studios, Fabrik Entertainment, and Hieronymus Pictures while the original distribution rights are owned by Prime Video. Based on the novels written by Michael Connelly, the series follows an LAPD detective named Harry Bosch. In this season, Harry will return once again along with his daughter Maddie.
Where is Bosch Legacy filmed?
Bosch Legacy was filmed at the same location where the plot sets in, that is Los Angeles, California. Filming began in June 2021 and wrapped up on November 3, 2021. Most of the indoor scenes were took place at the Paramount Pictures located in Melrose Avenue.
House of Pies is another prominent filming location that is highlighted in the series. It is a family restaurant located at 1869 North Vermont Avenue. Some additional scenes were filmed at the rental studio called Red Studios Hollywood at 846 North Cahuenga Boulevard.

If you have watched all the seven seasons and you are looking for a season 8 of Bosch then Bosch Legacy will completely satisfy you. Stephen’s character is looking energetic in this season and Henry is in the mood of seriousness once again, nothing is new in that. Henry is hired by an aging billionaire Whitney Vance as a PI to resolve a personal matter. Honey teams up with Bosch to serve the justice to the murderer. Moreover, Henry’s daughter has also started following her father’s footsteps.
