Operation Mincemeat is a British historical drama film directed by John Madden from the screenplay of Michelle Ashford. Based on the book of the same title, the war movie sets during the second world war and tells the true story of successful British deception operation executed by forces in 1943 inside Sicily.
The movie is produced by Charles S Cohen, Emile Sherman, Iain Canning, and Kris Thykier under See-Saw Films, Cohen Media Group, FilmNation Entertainment, and Archery Films for Warner Bros Pictures in UK and Netflix in North America and Latin America.
The movie was first released in November 2021 on the British Film Festival and on 15 April 2022 inside the United Kingdom and the film is now set to release on 11 May 2022 inside the United States.

Operation Mincemeat was filmed in London, England inside the United Kingdom and Málaga, Spain during Feb 2021. The shooting was specifically done inside Twickenham Studios North Devon, Fenton House and Garden in Hampstead Grove.
Principal filming began in December 2019 but halted after a few days due to Covid-19 arrival. Then, the shooting begun in February 2020 that lasted till March 2021. The last scene was reportedly filmed in Malaga municipality of Spain, the same place where Parallel Mothers and Netflix’s Honeymoon with My Mother were filmed.
London is the capital as well as the largest city of England which stands on the River Thames inside South-East England. The place is famous for Buckingham Palace (I Care a Lot), Oxford Street, Tower Bridge, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.
