Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Release Date is making the anime-viewers impatient as the final arc of season 1 ended on a cliffhanger leaving fans amused. The season might be having 24 episodes with an average running time of 24 minutes that will be released on Netflix Japan, MBS, Crunchyroll, Funimation, AT-X, SUN, BS11, and AnimeLab as soon as the anime has been renewed. A season 2 is not yet confirmed but don’t worry the last episode of season 1 ended with To Be Continued, that means there will definitely be a season 2 for Jujutsu Kaisen tha can be released around October 2022.

Jujutsu Kaisen: A prequel Movie Confirmed
The story of Jujutsu Kaisen 0 is before the starting of Jujutsu Kaisen season 1 means it gonna be a prequel of the series that will highlight the backstory of Yuji and his friends. It moves around Yuta Okkotsu whose childhood friend, Rikka Orimito meets a tragic incident in which she lost her life. Now, Rikkia is turned into a special grade vengeful cursed spirit who begins to haunt Yuta. When Gojo learns about the events happening with Yuta, he takes him to Tokyo Jujutsu High and starts his training so that he can take powers of Rika.
What will happen in Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2?
In Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2, we can expect to see the story after chapter 64 of the manga series right after season 1 ended where Aoi and Mei Mei were recommending Yuji, Megumi, Panda, Maki, and Nobara to be declared as the Grade 1 sorcerers. Now, the group is strong together and the S2 migh starts with Nobara meeting with an old classmate of Yuji.
We also get to see an intense battle between Itadori and Choso in the subsequent season and the complicated relationship between Geto and Gajo will be seen. On the other hand, the betrayal of Kokichi Muta to whole Jujutsu High sorcerers community might get exposed in this season.
Who will cast in Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2?
Junya Enoki will definitely reprise his role as the voice of Yuji Itadori who accepts the mission to find and defeat Sukuna. Sukuna is the antagonist of the series whose voice is given by Junichi Suwabe and Yuji has to sacrifice himself to conquer Sukuna. Other than these characters, many of the new roles will be introduced in the Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 and even inside movie. There will be a lot of powerful characters that gonna shown in the coming episodes.
Season 1 Recap
In the finale episode of Jujutsu Kaisen, we saw Yuji and Nobara were successfully defeated the Special grade curse on siblings Eso and Kechizu. But the older brother of siblings named Choso finds out what happened to his siblings and grieves for them. Probably, he is also carrying a curse and looking for Yuji.
However, Yuji is carrying the curse too and when Megumi tries to help him, Sukuna manifests on Itadori’s hand and consumes it. Later on, the news that 3 first year students defeated 3 special grade curses spread all through the school and Gojo finds out that one of their student is a traitor. And that traitor is no one other than Kokichi Muta.
