The Entertainment District Arc Episode 9 will continue the fight of Sound Hashira and Tanjiro with the upper rank Gyutaro. Hinokami Kagura is also there for the backup so executing Gyutaro will be much easier than expected. The anime series is based on the manga written and illustrated by Japanese author Koyoharu Gotouge.

Entertainment District Arc Episode 8 Recap
In Kimetsu No Yaiba Episode 15, we saw Tanjiro was thinking to jump into the battle to help Tengen Uzui after packing Nezuko to her box. Some flashbacks scene are shown where it is revealed that Tengen was brutally trained as a shinobi since his childhood, the training was so hard that only he and his brother, Kagaya survived. Tengen got a poison cut from Gyutaro but that seems to be ineffective and suddenly Tanjiro, Inosuke and Zenitsu come to help the Sound Hashira.
Suma and Makio are assigned to evacuate the district as the upper rank demons are causing destruction and killing innocents. The group splits to fight as Tengen and Tanjiro taking over Gyutaro while Inosuke and Zenitsu were fighting with Daki. Hinatsuru also approached the place to fire a barrage of kunai at Gyutaro. This allows Tengen to slash the legs of Gyutaro.
KNY: Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode 16 countdown and Spoilers
Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode 16 will be about defeating the upper rank demon siblings Gyutaro and Daki as Tengen has sliced Gyutaro’s legs which aren’t regenerating. Moreover, the barrage that Hinatsuru fired on the demon is revealed to contain poison that can paralyze an upper rank demon for half day. On the other side, Inosuke and Zenitsu will try to confront Daki but unable to reach closer to her due to the bloody blades of Gyutaro.
