Bungo Stray Dogs Season 5 Episode 1 is set to release on 12 July 2023 inside the United States. Fans have been waiting for the new episodes since 2019 and the game has begun in 2023.

Season 4 was just released in Jan 2023 and concluded in March 2023. Now, a fifth season is coming in the same year to fill the viewers with excitement.

The mystery anime TV series is directed by Takuya Igarashi, written by Yoji Enokido, and produced by Studio Bones (My Hero Academia, Mob Psycho, Fullmetal Alchemist). Crunchyroll owned the distribution rights inside North America while Anime Limited reserves the streaming rights in UK.

Based on the manga of the same name written by Kafka Asagiri and illustrated by Sango Harukawa, the series follows a weretiger named Atsushi among a group of detectives who are protecting the city of Yokohama from mafias.

The first episode of Bungo Stray Dogs season 5 will be released on Wednesday, 12 July 2023 at 11:00 PM JST inside Japan. No episode count is yet confirmed but this season is likely to have 13 episodes like the previous season with an average runtime of 23 minutes.
