Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 243 Recap/Ending
In episode 243, we saw the beginning of sea battle in the sea after Mist shinobi open fire on the ships of Funato clan leading to a blast. Even though, it seems that the attacker has upper hand, Isari was already aware of that trick and kept a trap ready for the intruders. Boruto asked his team to head towards elite Funato troops to take over the Hidden Mist while Kagura decodes the secret message left by Seiren’s troops.
Buntan declares Kagura that they will help only they will regain their freedom after the mission to which Kagura agreed. While others were practicing to make an ambush in the village to capture Funato, Boruto was trying to make a connection with Ikada but failed. When clan members reached the mountain village, Kagura reveals that the place is his childhood village. As the group advances to the village, the villagers provide necessary help and Kagura also tries to strengthen the village defenses to the max extent.

The official preview of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Ep 244 shows that the enemy forces are preparing to attack the Hidden Mist Village while Denki and his allies are curating a solid plan to retaliate the intruders. Moreover, Hebiichigo is planning to murder Kagura because he and Kyoho are getting only 3 years off to their sentences despite of working so hard. Hebiichigo and Kyoho, both are fighting this battle as the finale one because if they try to escape right now then they would be hunted for the rest of their life. So, they are planning for a complete victory to resolve the situation.
