Amphibia season 3 release date will be announced very soon as the American animated series gets a green light from the animation studios in June 23, 2020.

Amphibia Season 3 Release Date: Renewal Status
Amphibia will return for a third and final season on Saturday, 2 October 2021 at 9:30 AM EDT exclusively on Disney Channel and DisneyNOW. It was confirmed that the Disney show is renewed for another season and there will be a total of 20 episodes with an average length of 20 minutes.

All the major cast members will return for their roles in the upcoming season of the animation as Brenda Song who is playing the role of Anne Boonchuy, a Thai-American girl who steals a mysterious music box on her birthday and transported in a magical world with her friends Sasha Waybright (Anna Akana) and Marcy Wu (Haley Tju). But the group separated after teleporting in another world.

What will happen in Amphibia season 3?
In season 2 of Amphibia, Anne and the Plantars enjoys a road trip inside the Amphibian Capitol of Newtopia in order to know about the secrets of calamity box so that they can land home.
But King Andrias doesn’t want this to happen and he is trying his best to put water on Anne’s plan. He is setting various obstacles in their ways and becoming a big trouble. Meanwhile, Sasha and grime invades Newtopia to overthrow Andrias and take the throne.
In the upcoming season, we can expect to see how Sasha rule on the people of Amphibia. Now she is having a greater power and as the quote says Greater powers comes with greater responsibilities, the creatures of Amphibia kingdom is her responsibility.
We can expect to see lots of new adventures of Anne and her human friends. Probably, this is the season when the group finally escapes from the mysterious world.
Amphibia Season 3 will show the story after Anne and the Plantars teleported to their hometown in Los Angeles. Now, this is the time for frog family to learn the culture of new world and find a way to home, hiding their identity as frog people who can talk to anyone.
