To Your Eternity season 2 will be released soon in 2022 as it has been renewed by the NHK anime production house. The story is based on the Japanese manga series of the same name written and illustrated by Yoshitoki Oima.
It received an anime adaptation in 2021 and released the first season with a total of 20 episodes, the anime series is animated by Brain’s Base under the direction of Masahiko Murata and Shinzo Fujita, character designing is done by Koji Yabuno.
The story follows a lonely character named Fushi who lands on Earth in a supernatural manner. Many challenges and poor peoples are waiting for Fushi in his journey, he is the immortal creature on Earth who is here to help poor people and punish the Nokkers.
In the journey of interaction with humans, he develops self consciousness and his own will. Now, let’s see when does season 2 of To Your Eternity come out?
To Your Eternity Season 2 Release Date Countdown
To Your Eternity anime has been officially renewed for a second season according to recent tweet by NHK twitter account and official website. The renewal announcement by NHK also confirms that To Your Eternity Season 2 is scheduled to be release around late 2022. Fans are extremely grateful for the new season announcement and happy to see that the journey of Fushi is still ongoing. We can expect to see 20 episodes in this upcoming season too with an average running time of 22 minutes.

What will happen in To Your Eternity Season 2?
Season 2 will pickup the story where season 1 episode 20 ended on a cliffhanger. As per manga series, the anime has adapted until Volume 6 chapter 54 only and currently there are 15 volumes that have been published. We can expect to see the adaptation of Volume 7 in season 2 that begins with Fushi living on a desert island alone after the death of Pioran.
Fushi might meet a girl named Hisame to help her but in the middle of the path, he realized that the girl belongs to their enemy family. But he tries to help her and the girl takes him to a village once invaded by Nokkers, this time all members of society are afraid of him as he is the legend of the immortal.
To Your Eternity season 2 will be streaming on Crunchyroll and NHK Educational TV in 2022 just like season 1 aired.
