This is where The Ultimatum Season 4 actually lived. Ariva Luxury Residences, located at 11055 Las Vegas Blvd. South near Starr Avenue, served as the official home base for all six couples for the entire filming period.
The production didn’t walk in and start rolling. Ahead of filming, the crew held multiple planning and walkthrough meetings with Ariva staff to determine which specific units worked best for each cast member. Which apartments had the right light. The Filming Schedule
From mid-March to mid-May 2025, the cast and production crew were on-site continuously, making Ariva their home throughout the entire filming process. Eight weeks. Two months of cameras and crew inside a working residential community.
Jessie Boskamp, Duty Manager of Ariva Luxury Residences, told The Blast that the production team was extremely professional, organized, and respectful of both staff and residents throughout the process. For the tenants who live there, the experience of watching their home appear on a global Netflix series carried its own particular excitement.
The show’s format drives the schedule. One week of group dating. Three weeks living with a trial partner. Three weeks returning to the original relationship. One final week to decide. That structure demands a location with enough variety to make each phase feel distinct. A single hotel floor cannot do that. Thirty acres of residential amenities can.

The Pools and Outdoor Spaces
Water is where the real conversations happen. It has always been that way on The Ultimatum.

With Las Vegas Boulevard running directly alongside the complex, these elevated spaces put the skyline directly in the frame behind whoever is speaking. The city stretches out. The person talking looks very much like a person in the middle of something they cannot fully see.
Production used the Sky Deck for group scenes and for moments where scale mattered. When the episode needed to breathe before something broke open, it put the cast up here. The Strip in the distance. The valley beyond it. Twelve people on a raised deck in Southwest Las Vegas deciding whether they love the right person.

The Nourish Food Truck
This deserves its own section because nothing like it has appeared in any previous season of The Ultimatum.
Nourish is Ariva’s residents-only food truck, the first amenity of its kind at a Las Vegas apartment community. It operates on the property. It appeared on screen during Season 4.
A food truck is not a restaurant. There is no reservation. No assigned seating. No way to arrange in advance who you will end up next to. You go because you are hungry and you stand there and the person from the apartment three doors down is also standing there and suddenly you are both just two people waiting for food with nothing between you.
The production recognized what that setting does to conversation. Nourish appeared throughout the season as the kind of location where things slipped out. Where a comment that was meant to be casual turned into the sentence that an episode got built around.

The property includes basketball courts and sand volleyball courts, both used as filming locations during Season 4 production.
Outdoor recreational spaces function differently from the formal settings that structure most of the show. Nobody comes to a basketball court with talking points prepared. Nobody has rehearsed what they are going to say while serving in a volleyball game. The competitive setting strips something away. The guard drops. The real opinion comes out.
