Fruit of Evolution Episode 2 is coming out this Sunday at its respected time slot. The fantasy anime is based on the Japanese light novel series of the same name written by Miku and illustrated by U35. It follows Hiiragi, an ugly fat guy who always gets insulted and bullied by his classmates. His social status is very poor in school but one day an unheard voice of God transports him to a fantasy world along with his whole school where Hiiragi ate the fruit of evolution that changed his life. The anime began serialization online Jan 2014 on Shosetsuka ni Naro and later acquired by Futabasha in Sep 2014. Now, an anime adaptation has started premiering since 4 Oct 2021.

The Fruit of Evolution Episode 2 titled ‘Final Evolution! Naked Beauty’ is set to premiere on 11 Oct 2021 at 10:30 PM JST on AT-X inside Japan and at 02:30 PM ET on Crunchyroll inside the United States. There will be a total of 12 episodes in this season. New episodes are airing every Mondays.

The Fruit of Evolution Episode 1 Recap

The first episode begins with Seiichi and his seniors transport to another fantasy world where everyone is assigned a skill and level but our main protagonist is still ugly fatty with first level. However, he was also the one who stayed when all the students were teleported so God granted him a special harvesting skill.

While searching for food, he encounters an evolution fruit and ingest it without knowing the consequences. Meanwhile, he was about to finish eating the 10th fruit of evolution, a monkey with level 120 come to fight with him. Seiichi quickly finishes the awful taste fruits and come to fight to lose miserably at first but win the fight in the end awkwardly by farting at the mouth of monkey.

Now, its the time to face the consequences of eating evolution fruit. The evolution will happen 10 times and Seiichi has to bear the pain that makes him stronger and handsome. In the end, a female gorilla with a much higher level come to fight Seiichi and get impressed by his skills. She feels so motivated after battling with him that she even prosed Seiichi and carry him to marriage with her.

The Fruit of Evolution Episode 2 will show the events happened after Saria takes him away to her place. She feeds and takes good care of Seiichi as her future wife and helps him defeating various monsters to level up his fiance’s skills. On the flipside, Seiichi still hates her and doesn’t want to involve in a relationship with her so he must tries to escape whenever he got a chance but anyhow the pink gorilla will rediscover him.
