Overlord Season 4 Episode 8 is set to release this Tuesday at its scheduled time on Crunchyroll. An official preview trailer has been released on 19 Aug 2022. The dark fantasy anime series set in the world of DMMORPG is directed by Naoyuki Ito and written by Yukie Sugawara.

Based on the light novel series written by Kugane Maruyama and illustrated by so-bin, the story of the action adventure anime follows an office worker named Ainz who gets transported into another game reality. The isekai anime series began airing in 2015 and has released three seasons so far with an ongoing fourth season.

Overlord Season 4 Episode 8 titled ‘An Unexpected Move‘ is set to premiere on Tuesday, 23 August 2022 at 10:00 ET on Crunchyroll inside the United States and at 22:00 JST(or 10:00 PM) on AT-X inside Japan.

You can now watch the English dubbed versions of the season 4 of Overlord on Crunchyroll because English dub episodes have began streaming on 19 July 2022.

Currently, five episodes have been translated and released on Crunchyroll. Rest of the episodes are scheduled to release on a weekly basis.

Episode 7 Recap

The 7th episode of Overlord S4 begins with Riyuro asking help from the dragons to fight dwarves but the dragon lord doesn’t take it seriously and sends his coward son, Hejinmal who immediately surrenders himself to AINZ. This opens the gate for Ainz to approach Olasird’ arc who refuse to surrender in front of him and that results into his death.

Ainz also helps Gondo in stealing the Rune book he always wanted. Quagoa reveals that it’s nearly impossible for someone to kill the death knights of their territory. To which, Aura replies that Ainz always knew that and that’s why he did it so that Shaltear would improve his logical thinking.

At the end of episode 7, Ainz and Demiurge has both the Empire and the Dwarven Kingdoms loyalty but Demiurge doesn’t seem to be satisfied. He believes that Ainz has planned for at least upcoming 10,000 years already. Demiurge will do something foolish due to his insecurities. Let’s see what will happen in Overlord Season 4 Episode 8.

Entoma gets an urgent news regarding his neighborhood kingdom while the rose of sorcerer kingdom Albedo will get a proposal. Moreover, Philip is proposing Ainz to work with him and helps in rebuilding the corrupted kingdom.

This new episode is all about unexpected moves of the big players of the sorcerer kingdom. Probably, Demiurge is cooking some other plan to beat the minister of sorcerer kingdom.
