Chainsaw Man anime is officially confirmed and it is happening in 2021. Probably, there will be a total of 24 episodes in season 1. The manga series is one of the best dark themed Japanese manga series with comedy written and illustrated by Tatsuki Fujimoto in December 2018 for the first time.
There have been 11 volumes of series in which the last volume was released on 14 December 2020 in the weekly shonen jump magazine. The manga is licensed in English by Viz Media and you can also read the series via Viz or Manga Plus. Recently, MAPPA announced that Chainsaw Man will get an anime adaptation. Chainsaw Man Anime Release Date
Chainsaw Man anime is announced and will be released around December 2021 as per some anime specialists and most probably there will be total of 24 episodes in the first season. Recently, the production company has launched a PV trailer as a part of MAPPA Stage 10th Anniversary on 27 June 2021.
Originally, The anime was planned to launch in October 2020 but due to coronavirus pandemic, the production company put the anime adaptation on hold like Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 and Attack on Titan final part. The anime will be probably stream on Crunchyroll, Funimation, and AnimeLab.

The official trailer for the CSM anime series has been released by the anime studios. The promotion video is having the duration of almost 2 minutes that shows all the manga characters in a single clip. That reveals the anime adaptation gonna be amazing and worth watching like the manga series.
Moreover, it throws the light on the same story where Makima use Denji’s power for her benefits and Denji can’t deny her orders because he is strongly attracted towards Makima and she is the main motivation behind his devil hunting.
What to expect from Chainsaw Man anime?
The anime series will follow the same storyline as the original manga series, the plot is set in a place where devils are born with human’s negative emotions and the best part is, humans can contract with them to use their powers for own advantage. On the other side, there are certain individuals that mastered the art of monster hunting and employing them, those ones are popular as devil hunters.
Actually, the devils are originating from Hell and when they got killed in Hell, they migrate to Earth and vice versa. In this way, their life is balanced between Earth and Hell. The devils who are living from a very long time in Hell are extremely powerful and unbeatable, they are known as Primal fears. This transit is overseen by the supreme devil of Hell.
Denji is our main protagonist, a young man with blond hairs and yellow eyes who inherits his father’s debt from the Yakuza. After meeting with Chainsaw devil Pochita, he decides to clear his debt by killing devils but Yakuza betrayed him and eventually kill him. However, Pochita becomes his heart and sets a contract with Denji that is living a normal life. On that day, he transformed into a human-devil hybrid known as Chainsaw Man.
