Boku No My Hero Academia chapter 318 is titled as ‘Dark Cloud’ and it starts with Endeavor revealing new plan to Deku and also confirms that heroes from other countries are coming to Japan so they can rest for some time. Deku replies that he is fine and can still move easily and in the later stage we find him fighting in a shopping mall using black whip.

After combating with the enemy, Deku asks shopper if she is okay but she runs away in fear as Deku might works for All for One organization. Deku sense the danger again and get ready to fight. On his way, he thinks about Shikigari and whereabouts of the league along with all the person he love and admire to keep them safe.

As his gut feeling was saying, he met a villain named ‘dictator’ after arriving at Kamino’s ground zero. The villain is called as a dictator because of his skill to control people’s mind when they pass out. Civilians that are under the control of the villain starts attacking on Deku and he tries to eradicate the Dictator but the dictator is overpowered and Deku is too tired. Out of nowhere, Bakugou arrives at the scene and attacks the villain, he is on a call with someone and said, ‘Guy, I found him’.
