Thirteen Lives Review

The Thai cave resuce documentary shows a thrilling yet exciting rescue operation that saved 13 lives stuck in the tham luang cave of Chiang Rai Province in Northern Thailand. Twelve members of the junior association football team were teenagers that aged between 11-16 while the coach was 25 at that time.

Director Ron has done has done an excellent job while executing the complex tasks and has made an amazing movie out of difficult terrains. The underwater cinematography is really impressive as a docudrama format and the scenes look realistic.

I can hear the water sounds and have those claustrophobic feelings while the team was dragging oxygen tanks and other necessities. Moreover, the time they took out all the people, their level of happiness is lovable and satisfying.

As a result, I will recommend you to watch this movie if you are looking for some thrill with a feeling of satisfaction in the end. The movie has shown that not all heroes wear capes, the climax seems to be depressing at first but everything becomes clear in the end. What I find problematic is only the accent of some.
