Mushoku Tensei Jobless Reincarnation Episode 22 Recap/Explained
Episode 22 was full of emotional turns and sad feelings that marked too many deaths, even the whole family of Eris except Ghislaine. When Eris, Rudeus, and Ruijerd visits Rudeus’s hometown, they found the town is destroyed completely and Rudy has flashbacks of past. Moreover, Ruijerd-san announced that he will leave now as Eris and Rudeus don’t need his protection anymore and both of them bids farewell to him before heading towards Roa.
Also, a branch of Greyrat family has offered Eris to marry their son and preserve the family line but Ghislaine protested. In the clouds of darkness, Rudeus finds a ray of hope reading the name of Sylphiette in the list of missing persons, she might be still alive. In the end, Eris entered into Rudeus tent and sleeps with him. But in the next morning, she left the place to move on a long journey with Ghislaine leaving behind Rudeus.

Jobless Reincarnation Ep 23 will show the places where Rudeus and Eris are heading as the later has parted ways with the former.
