Rika says Satoko that she wishes to awaken one day without knowing what is going to occur later, reflecting on the unlimited time loop she’s trapped in. Satoko then agrees to prepare for the entrance examination for the esteemed St. Lucia Academy alongside her. If Keiichi and Rena hear about it, they inform Rika and Satoko which they’ll be delighted to aid them.
In March 1987, the two women pass the entry examination following rigorously preparing for this for a couple of decades. But while Rika quickly assimilates one of the pupils at St. Lucia, Satoko fights and feels suffocated because of her inherently rebellious character. Since the split between both buddies continues to expand, Satoko wonders when Rika has forgotten about the claims of experiencing all this life together.
