Plot
The movie follows a dissatisfied woman, Loretta Stage(Sandra Bullock) who writes romantic adventure novels whose all stories move around a fictional heroic character named Dash McMahon portrayed by a cover model, Alan Caprison(Channing Tantrum).
One day, she goes on a long tour to promote her upcoming book but the journey turned into a real adventure when she gets kidnapped by an eccentric billionaire in order to find out his way to the real city that she has been writing all the time. Alan, the cover model is on his way to rescue the novelist with his ridiculous tactics.
Most people think that this movie is the remake of 2016 film but it’s not. That movie was based on a true story but this is fictional and based on Seth Gordon’s story.
