Superhero comic fans are eager to see Invincible season 2 on their Amazon Prime. The action-adventure comic series is created by Robert Kirkman whose story is based on the comic-book series of the same name written by the creator, Ryan Ottley, and Cory Walker. It follows the story of a normal teenager who gets transformed into a hero under his father’s guidance who is considered as the most powerful being on the planet. Now, he has to prove that he is the hero that his father wants to see in the future but his personal and professional life gets mixed and everything becomes complicated.
Will Invincible have a season 2?
Invincible will definitely have a season 2 as the show was renewed by Amazon for a second and third season right after season 1 finale in April 2021. But an official release date is yet awaited. If Invincible season 2 started production till the end of Dec 2021 then we can expect it to be released around August 2022. It will be having a total of 12 episodes with an average running time of 45 minutes.

Animation of characters take more time than usual filming because of several complications in designing and art. It’s been six months that the first season concluded and there are no signs of releasing second season early. Also, the show was not included in the latest list of shows by Amazon for December 2021.

What will happen in Invincible Season 2?
Invincible Season 2 will open the story right after season 1 ended marking that everything happened in the end was important. This is the time when Mark has to take the responsibility to save the world after his father’s retirement. As per the comics by Kirkman, Sequid will execute his plan to take control on Earth while Titan will continue to grow his criminal organization. Mark will try to become the next savior of the planet after fighting with his father while Cecil will help him to get over with the tensions.
Omni-man will return to team-up with Viltrumites in order to won another planet. Another villain named Angstorm Levy will be also introduced in the coming seasons, his ability is that he can travel into alternate realities and can easily puts the blame to Invincible. How will Mark handle Angstrom when he receive so much hatred from public?
