Episode 212 Recap
In Boruto episode 212, we saw Amado as the head of Research and Development Engineering Department who deals with Naruto for asylum and demands protection in Konohagakure. In return, he provides all the information that he knows about Jigen and Kara. He also takes Shikadai as hostage by implanting bombs on the young boy to meet the Hokage personally. The Hokage accepts the offer of Amado only because Shikadai is in danger but anyhow he shows trust in him. Then, Amado shows the live footage from Kara headquarters to Naruto and others where Jigen is exposing to Koji that he has known about their plan. This might be the reveal of Koji’s true identity and why he is confronting Jigen.

Boruto episode 213 summary shows that Amado will reveal all the information he knows about the leader of Shell, Jigen. Moreover, he confesses that he teamed up with Kashin Koji and had deceived Jigen. He also discusses about kind of wedge that creates problem for bolts and Kawaki and what info can Otsutsugi conclude from this intel. In the ending of episode 212, Jigen and Koji were pondering to find out each other’s real face. They were looking as meeting for the first time, this might be the indication that their true face is about to expose now.
