Shaunette Renée Wilson is casting as Dr. Mina Okafor in The Resident Season 4, one of the most-popular Medical-TV series by Fox. Her role is unbeatable and literally no one can fill her place in the show. She is a technical girl with lots of medical knowledge who is continuously inventing new things for human welfare. Let’s find out why she is exiting from the show.
Why Shaunette Renée Wilson leaving The Resident?
Shaunette Renée Wilson is leaving The Resident Season 4 cast after 10 episodes because her US visa is expired and that’s why she is heading towards her Nigeria home from Atlanta.
It is her personal decision so nobody need need to doubt on her acting skills. Andrew Chapman, co-showrunner said that we were heartbroken when Wilson reveals her departure from the show. We love Shaunette and her character Mina as well. She is the main constituent of DNA of The Resident.
The early start of the show allowed her to cast in 10 episodes of Season 4 too. But now she has to leave. Maybe she will return some other day in the United States. Chapman said that if Shaunette(Billions in Black Panther) wants to come back then The Resident’s door is left open for her always.
The Resident Season 4 is airing on Tuesdays in the United states at 8 PM ET and 7 PM CT.
