On the occasion of her birthday, overworked Los Angeles lawyer Jane books a two-night stay at a wellness retreat. Along for the ride are her childhood besties, sweet-natured Sophie, who is withering under a demanding boss, and hot-tempered Coco, who is working through a painful divorce. Then Mel shows up, uninvited, and the relaxation ends.

IndieWire said the four stars make for a spirited foursome in a messy, unhinged, and sometimes funny new film.
PureWow called it an enjoyable watch, noting that the close bond between the four leading ladies came through clearly both on screen and off.
Variety was more critical, saying the idea of satirising the New Age elitism of wellness culture has potential, but the jokes feel tired and predictable.
The Hollywood Reporter summed it up as a polite shrug with a sharp edge – the performers are doing the work, but the screenplay is not meeting them.
